To book a room please use the Book Now section that can be found on the bottom right side of any page on our website. Please note, if you book your room online with BURSA website - your reservation is guaranteed. If you do not wish to use an online booking, please proceed through the following:
- Send us a an email, and tell us when you would like to stay with us
- Our reservation department is going to contact you within 12 hours
- Make your reservation guaranteed
In order to make your reservation guaranteed, you should provide your payment details. We offer several payment/guarantee methods:
- Cash
- Wire Transfer
- Paymentlink
- Credit/Debit Card(Visa, MasterCard, AMEX).
VAT 7% is included. Tourism fee is not included
For the NON-REFUNDABLE reservations the full amount of your stay is going to be taken on the day of your booking.
- We fully guarantee only reservations made according to the procedure described above. Please make sure your data is accurate. If the data you provide appears invalid or incomplete, we can’t guarantee your reservation and are not responsible for your accommodation.
- Room availability may change at any time. Though we will try to provide you with an availability report upon receiving your request, we cannot guarantee availability throughout the reservation process.
- If you do not guarantee your room in any way stated above, we have the right to offer requested room to another client and hold no responsibility for your accommodation.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without prior notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.
- We do our best to take into account our clients’ preferences regarding room types, but reserve the right to change the type of a room you receive in case of emergency or technical problems.
This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
- If cancellation/amendment is made 24 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged
- If cancellation/amendment is made within 24 hours, including reservations made within 24 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
- Non-refundable/Early Bird/Last Min/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
* The refund process will take approximately 7 to 20 working days depending on your bank.
- Valid personal identification is required for check-in (passport or state ID)
- These Hotel Policy are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policy, terms and conditions, and procedures.
- Upon check-in guests pay the total cost of their stay in cash or by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express)**. If you plan to pay before arrival you can wire the money or use our online payment system.
- Additional services are charged and paid separately according to the bills. Damage compensation is based on the BURSA Hotel Kyiv price list.
- Check-in: 15:00
- Check-out: 12:00
- Late check-ins receive no discount on rates
- Late check-outs are charged 20 Euro for every extra hour after 12:00 till 6:00 p.m. (after 6 p.m. we will charge full amount per night according to room rate)
- Early arrivals: If you have an early arrival and you would like an immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel.
According to Ukrainian legislation and the policy of BURSA Hotel Kyiv, smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and other public places of the hotel. Smoking, consumption, use of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, devices for consumption of tobacco products without burning them, hookahs are prohibited. Guests and visitors may smoke in designated areas outside the hotel. In case of violation of the above rules, the hotel administration reserves the right to impose a fine of UAH 8,000 (eight thousand hryvnias) for each violation.
Candles, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, and fined accordingly.
Pets are allowed in guest rooms (500 UAH per day). Hotel Management reserves the right to impose the penalty of 6500 UAH per each case of violation. The penalty will be used to cover the deep cleaning of the room after the pet visit, because some of our guest might be allergic or sensitive to animals.
Well behaved children of all ages are welcomed. Children of 6 to 12 years of age are permitted to have an extra bed for additional fee of 1500 UAH per night (ONLY available in certain categories). We provide complimentary baby cribs for children under 6 years old. As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised. Only children who are resident at the hotel may enter the rooftop bar, if accompanied by an adult. Please note that children are welcome at the rooftop bar until 6pm.
