Some Nice Rooms face the BURSA backyard, for those who want to enjoy peace and tranquility above all else. They come with warm and cozy soft seating areas for your evening reading. These rooms are a good option for those on a business trip as well as for those who love waking up when the rest of the world is getting ready for dinner. Other Nice Rooms come with windows facing the BURSA yard and Kostiantynivska street. If you are traveling with family or friends, adjacent Nice Rooms can be booked with interconnecting doors. It has never been so easy to double your comfort.

Each Nice Room is furnished with our minimalist Bauhaus-inspired furniture and exclusive lighting from Ukrainian designers. A Nice Room features a comfortable king/queen-sized bed or two single beds with soft linens, extra-large towels, fluffy pillows, HDTV with Bluetooth speakers, an overstocked minibar, and a handy work desk, just in case.

Each of our Super Nice Rooms is set up to meet your unique needs.

You can choose a room facing the BURSA backyard for a quiet stay. This room is an excellent living unit with plenty of space to use, whether you want to work or have a couple of friends over for an evening drink. This room has a podium with a desk, so one step up puts you in a work zone, and one step down makes you feel relaxed. A perfect option for those who work hard and play hard.

We also have Super Nice Rooms facing Khoryva street, the famous Andriyivskyy Descent, and St Andrew’s Church. If you want to feel New Yorkish while staying in the historical center of Kyiv, choose the loft-styled room, facing the BURSA yard, featuring open-space design, floor-to-ceiling windows, a high ceiling, exposed brick, and concrete walls. There’s no chance of feeling claustrophobic in this room.

Furthermore, there's a one-of-a-kind, much-beloved room that was once home to the first chief architect of Kyiv, Andrey Melensky. The naked brick exposes the history of the building, established in 1818. This room overlooks Kostiantynivska street.

Our Wonderful Rooms are named wonderful for a reason. All Wonderful Rooms are individually designed, some of the rooms have a balcony or a freestanding tub. If you would like make sure that you have a specific feature in your room, please let us know.

Spacious and full of light, with the first room features big windows and a cozy little balcony overlooking Kostiantynivska street, so you can enjoy the natural light while taking a shower or a bath in a freestanding tub.

Alternatively, there is a Wonderful Room facing Khoryva street, where you can see the famous Andriyivskyy Descent and St Andrew’s Church. The ceilings are very high, and this room is two-storied, with a bedroom space on top of a bathroom, so it feels like being on a tiny Tokyo street. An iconic example of functionality and simplicity.

Another one-of-a-kind room, the Attic is part of the actual home of the first chief architect of Kyiv Andrey Melensky. It is located in our historic 1818 building, facing Kostiantynivska street and the BURSA yard. Featuring a private sauna, two bathrooms (one of them with a freestanding bathtub), a fireplace, a huge living room, and a separate sleeping area, it’s about 98 square meters large. There is also a private 35-square-meter terrace to fit all of the family and friends you wish to invite. The Attic is the perfect choice for honeymooners or experienced hedonists.
