Attic

Another one-of-a-kind room, the Attic is part of the actual home of the first chief architect of Kyiv Andrey Melensky. It is located in our historic 1818 building, facing Kostiantynivska street and the BURSA yard. Featuring a private sauna, two bathrooms (one of them with a freestanding bathtub), a fireplace, a huge living room, and a separate sleeping area, it’s about 98 square meters large. There is also a private 35-square-meter terrace to fit all of the family and friends you wish to invite. The Attic is the perfect choice for honeymooners or experienced hedonists.

This room is furnished with our minimalist Bauhaus-inspired furniture and exclusive lighting from Ukrainian designers. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed with soft linens, extra-large towels, fluffy pillows, HDTV with Bluetooth speakers, an overstocked minibar, and a handy work desk, just in case.
