Each of our Super Nice Rooms is set up to meet your unique needs.

You can choose a room facing the BURSA backyard for a quiet stay. This room is an excellent living unit with plenty of space to use, whether you want to work or have a couple of friends over for an evening drink. This room has a podium with a desk, so one step up puts you in a work zone, and one step down makes you feel relaxed. A perfect option for those who work hard and play hard.

We also have Super Nice Rooms facing Khoryva street, the famous Andriyivskyy Descent, and St Andrew’s Church. If you want to feel New Yorkish while staying in the historical center of Kyiv, choose the loft-styled room, facing the BURSA yard, featuring open-space design, floor-to-ceiling windows, a high ceiling, exposed brick, and concrete walls. There’s no chance of feeling claustrophobic in this room.

Furthermore, there's a one-of-a-kind, much-beloved room that was once home to the first chief architect of Kyiv, Andrey Melensky. The naked brick exposes the history of the building, established in 1818. This room overlooks Kostiantynivska street.

Each Super Nice Room is furnished with our minimalist Bauhaus-inspired furniture and exclusive lighting from Ukrainian designers. A Super Nice Room features a comfortable king/queen-sized bed, soft linens, extra-large towels, fluffy pillows, HDTV with Bluetooth speakers, an overstocked minibar, and a handy work desk, just in case.
